I was a client of the Parque Oeste Alcorcón clinic but due to its closure they sent me to this establishment. When requesting the transfer to another center since the one in Móstoles is quite bad for me, they inform me that my voucher has expired when I have not spent the corresponding sessions or the guarantee period that was established in the contract if the result obtained in the sessions was not satisfying. I went to the Móstoles clinic to get a solution since there is no customer service telephone number and you can only contact online. The staff there told me that they can't do anything and that the voucher has expired. Even if all the sessions are pending or have not been carried out since it is a session every two months and if this deadline is not followed, the guarantee period is not taken into account. And all this without taking into account when my appointments were, since it is the staff themselves who give them to me and without having received any evaluation of the results of the treatment. Conclusion complaint form and of course do not contract services with this company again, since it is not only this problem but also the high staff turnover that they have that causes the service to suffer.
DON'T BE FOOLED. When I contracted the laser they offered me 2 bonuses of 5 sessions each but if at the end I had 2 or 3 hairs left that I had as an extra 2 guaranteed sessions if you turned 2 years old, giving you the sessions every two months. Everything is a DECEPTION, I ended up with a lot of hair 2 months ago and they do not offer me any solution, now I no longer have the right to the guarantee sessions saying that it is impossible for them to tell me that because it is with another type of treatment as if on top of that I I was inventing it.
To sell you the products very well but not to fulfill it.

My wife and I had the two-year bonus plus one year warranty at the Parque Oeste center in Alcorcón. That center closed and they sent us directly to Móstoles and we asked to change to Fuenlabrada because it was better for us. I haven't had any problems but they tell my wife that her bonds have expired when she still has a year left on the warranty. We tell you that it cannot have expired because you still have the guarantee and the result is not satisfactory, in addition to the fact that no one has done an evaluation to say that you do not need the guarantee.
